– Fish and Wildlife Biology
– Fish and Wildlife Management - Graduate student
- Research emphasizing coldwater fisheries
- Demonstrate evidence of a commitment to trout conservation

Jim Belsey was an avid trout angler and conservationist. Jim established this memorial award to support graduate students interested in coldwater fisheries research.
