Required Qualifications:

• The purpose of this award is to attract outstanding new graduate students and thus grow graduate student enrollment in alignment with the university’s academic strategic plan.
• PhD students in any degree program are eligible to be nominated for the award.
• All nominees must have applied to a PhD degree-seeking program.
