Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Elementary Education;
• Senior status;
• Teaching potential exhibited by such traits as communication with each student at his/her level, challenging students, yet demonstrating that it is okay to make mistakes because you learn from experience, and bonding with students;
• Innovative teaching to make learning exciting and relevant to student’s lives;
• Going beyond what is expected in the classroom – making an impact on their school and local community.

Preferred Qualification:

• Montana high school graduate
